We are currently OPEN to book length & short format submissions!

The Folly X.O. energy is modern, weird, edgy, and smart. Check out Our Books & Staff Picks to get a sense of our operating frequency & what might appeal to us.

Send ALL MATERIALS FOR YOUR SUBMISSION within the body of an email, as we NO LONGER OPEN ATTACHMENTS.

Only 1 active submission at a time, please.

Your email should include:

- Your name, contact information, and any related links to author website or social media, if applicable.

- Your project type & word count.

For FXO Books:

- Manuscripts should be between 20k - 60k words.

- Provide a description of your project & a sample chapter.

For FXO Shorts:

- Short story, essay, and poetry submissions should be roughly 5k words or less.

- Go ahead and send the whole thing!
